TOEFL iBT – A minimum score of 20 in each section along with a minimum overall score of 100 is required.
Pearson – A minimum score of 59 in each item along with a minimum overall score of 65 is required.
DET – A DET score of 120 is considered to be an equivalent for an overall score of 7.0 in IELTS.
4) References – 2 references are required to be mentioned in the application. One of them should be preferably academic and the other professional.
5) An application fee of €50.
6) 2 essay questions – The essay questions have been mentioned here –
a) Please state your reasons for wishing to undertake this programme? Ideally, how would you like to see your career develop over the next 5 years? (300 words)
b) We receive a large number of applications for limited places, please state why you should be selected above other applicants? (300 words)
7) A minimum second-class honours degree or an equivalent.

How to Apply
Applications to the UCD Smurfit MIM program are evaluated on a rolling basis. The admissions are closed once all the seats are filled. One can apply online using the student information portal on their website. After filling in the basic details of the applicants, one would be needed to upload all the required documents and answer 2 essay questions.
After the submission of applications, it would take around 2-3 weeks for a decision to be made. Once you are granted admission, an email will be sent to you in which details about the non-refundable fee would be there. After the payment of this fee, the seat of an applicant would be considered filled.
