Application Process:

The admissions process for the Stern School Executive MBA program is authentic and individualized to provide a complete understanding of your participation. The application process is of three steps and listed below:

  • PRE-APPLICATION: The application is written to provide a brief impression of your professional experience. This extreme usually does not take more than 10 to 15 minutes to complete. The applicant is supposed to provide basic personal information and upload a completely updated resume or CV. The free application does not amount to any fees, it is free to submit.

Documents Required:

  • A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent from a recognized University.
  • Work Experience: the applicant must have a minimum of 6 years of full-time work experience before submitting the pre-application.
  • Employment/Activities: employment section in the application requires a completely updated resume or CV which must include all the previously attended organizations or firms that the applicant has worked for. It should also include the salaries and designations of the applicants.
  • Essays: the application involves two essays to be completely written by the applicant only. The essays are meant for the applicant to express their thoughts, goals, objectives, and Expectations in a better way. It allows the applicant to demonstrate their skills, abilities, and commitment in a written format. The essays are to be written in not more than 500 words.
  • Transcript(s): this section in the formal application is provided for the applicant to attach all the official transcripts from every university attended for undergraduate or graduate education. This is a chance to self-report your transcripts which are evidence of your academic background.
  • Letter of Recommendation: the applicant must submit two official letters of recommendation out of which one should be submitted by the applicant’s current administrator or supervisor and the second could be submitted by an ex-administrator or ex-supervisor of the applicant. Stern University recommends you submit only professional recommendations and not academic recommendations.
  • GMAT/GRE/EA: the applicant doesn’t need to submit GMAT/GRE or Executive Assessment reports to apply for the Stern School Executive MBA program. However, if you have performed competently in the above-mentioned exams, you may prefer to attach the reports to your application to strengthen it further.
  • Organization Sponsorship Form: the organization sponsorship form is not mandatory to be submitted with the formal application. It is an optional element of the application.
