OVERVIEW
The full-time Executive Post Graduate Programme in Management (EPGP) is a one-year residential program created specifically for professionals with incredible track records and 5 to 12 years of work experience in a broad span of industries. The EPGP delivers students with the same significant foundation in key management concepts and disciplines as a two-year MBA, with identical rigour, a range of electives, and grading criteria. A crucial benefit of the EPGP is that the coursework constructs the diverse and extensive work experience of the students.

PROGRAMME STRUCTURE
The IIM Bangalore one-year MBA’s EPGP empowers students with a strong foundation in key management concepts and disciplines. The academic year is split into five terms: two terms devoted to core courses, one term for the International Immersion module, and two terms mainly for electives.
Core courses are mandatory for all EPGP students and focus on the extent of understanding and skills required of all successful senior managers. In fulfilment of the core courses, students have the option of a wide range of electives to align with their career objectives and personal interests. In addition to electives formulated mainly for the EPGP, students also have the permit to establish electives from other Institute programs, constituting the two-year Post-Graduate Programme, the PGPEM (Post Graduate Programme in Enterprise Management), and the PGPPM (Post Graduate Programme in Public Policy and Management), each offering specialized topics of study.
Students furthermore work on a live project, the Comprehensive Project, that enables them to apply learning from the program to an actual management dilemma or an impending business opportunity.

The total tuition charges of a full-time IIM BANGALORE ONE YEAR MBA program are INR 21,50,000. The average refundable deposit for the same is INR 20,000. This makes a total of INR 21,70,000. This fee does not include the accommodation charges. The average accommodation charge in Bangalore costs approximately INR 1,50,000 (when shared with a roommate) and the average residential charge with a family is approximately INR 3,50,000.
The total charges for the international immersion program which is a part of the IIM BANGALORE ONE YEAR MBA program are INR 4,30,000.
