Program Curriculum:

- MODULAR FORMAT: By the term modular format, the university means that you will be required to attend the classes 5 to 10 days every time. All 5 modules will be conducted every two months. Since the program spans 15 to 18 months, every track is brought down to two to three courses.
- WEEKLY FORMAT: The weekly format is exclusively made for people running low on time, wherein you have to attend the classes only on Fridays and Saturdays. Moreover, it will only be conducted twice a month.
- BILINGUAL FORMAT: As the term bilingual suggests, this track is taught in two languages, English and French, for better understanding. It comes under the modular track format which means you have to attend the classes for 5 to 10 days every two months for approximately 18 months.

Admissions: HEC Paris Executive MBA
The HEC Paris Executive MBA program accepts applications throughout the year for you to begin your executive MBA journey. You are guaranteed quick response to your application because we accept rolling admission throughout the year and respond to the applications as soon as possible. After the final submission of your application, you will know the result within 2 to 4 weeks of assessment.

The applicants are supposed to follow these 6 simple steps to apply:
STEP 1: INTRODUCE YOURSELF

STEP 2: COMPLETED APPLICATION
You are recommended to use the online application system to submit your applications as it runs on an autosave mode that allows you to fill the form at your own pace because if you submit incomplete application forms it will delay your admission.
STEP 3: PRE-SELECTION JURY
After the submission of your completed application, the admissions board will assemble a Pre-Selection jury where they will assess the application based on every formal aspect including your educational background, International exposure plus recommendations.
STEP 4: INTERVIEW AND HEC MANAGEMENT TEST
In case you successfully pass the Pre-Selection jury, then you will be invited to two interviews with the alumni of the HEC Paris Executive MBA program. This will indeed be a great opportunity for the board of admission to know about your goals and aspirations + your communication skills. Also, they will know how you may fit in the culture of HEC EMBA the interview involves the HEC management test.
STEP 5: ADMISSIONS JURY
After the interview, the Admissions Jury is held between the French Ministry of Education, HEC Paris Alumni, and the EMBA Faculty to assess your application one final time. There are possibly 3 outcomes of this jury which are as follows:
- Either you will be selected for the admission
- Or your application may be rejected
- Maybe your application will be kept on the waiting list.
STEP 6: OFFICIAL NOTIFICATION OF ADMISSION
After all the five steps one of the admissions representatives will notify you of your acceptance to the HEC Paris Executive MBA program.

Scholarships:
Every student who is admitted to the HEC Paris Executive MBA is considered for the scholarship based on their academic excellence proved in the HEC MBA program. The scholarship amounts to 10% of the tuition fees. The admission board decides the scholarship individually for every student based on their financial needs.
