Program Structure:
The ESMT Berlin MIM programme is a 4-semester course completed in 2 years or 24 months which is further divided into 6 modules or core elements.
The curriculum of this program is designed in such a way that it will prepare you or train you as a future entrepreneur or business leader which the current multinational companies prompt to employ.
It will equip you with traditional courses, workshops, internships, and foreign languages. Plus all the extra skills or mindset needed to outshine in your profession.
MODULE 1 (FROM SEPTEMBER TO DECEMBER 2021)
With the intent of preparing our students as team leaders, they are obliged to study the core elements of our program which are as follows:

MODULE 2 (FROM JANUARY TO MARCH 2022)
After the completion of the first module, the students are allowed to choose two specializations in the second module of their own choice. The second module is two-tracked, the first track being Quantitative Business Management where the students are taught to analyze the quantitative sections of business, and the second track being an innovative project where the students are made to emphasize their innovative/creative or imaginative ideas which will help them establish a new and authentic business model.

Admission Requirements/Eligibility Norms:
If you desire to be a student of the ESMT Berlin MIM Business School then you need to fall under the following criteria:
- A bachelor’s degree proving or academic excellence from an equivalent institution. ( students studying in the final year can also apply by providing an authorized transcription displaying their academic excellence)
- Quantitative business track enrollment requirements:
- Evidence of excellence in quantitative analytical skill plus a degree in the same. (The subject may include Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics Finance, Business Economics, etc)
- In case you don’t have a degree in the above-mentioned subjects, you can also provide a report of GMAT or GRE with a 20% score globally in quantitative analysis. A GMAT or GRE report is highly recommended for students applying in this field.
- The minimum GMAT score required to get approval in ESMT Berlin Business College is 640 and above. Moreover, we also accept GRE score reports. The Designated Institution code of ESMT is 7768.
- Innovative Project enrollment requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any domain proving your academic excellence.
- GMAT or GRE score report is optional in most of the cases but may be required in some specific cases by the admission team.
- Undergraduate work experience of 18 months is more than enough excluding the time spent in your internships.
- In case English is not your native language you need to provide the reports of English proficiency test results. Following are some of the suggested reports:
- TOEFL:> 95
- IELTS:> 7
- PTE:> 60
Please note: If English is your native language or if you’ve completed your graduation in English, then you need not submit the English proficiency test reports.
- The complete application, including motivational essay, one LOR (Letter of Recommendation), and €50 fees for enrollment.
- You will be invited for an individual interview over Skype after your application is approved and a complete assessment is done by the admission Board of the school. All the necessary information will be sent to you through email.

Application Steps:
STEP: 1
ESMT Berlin MIM allows you to apply online by filling in the following details asked in the application form:
- Essential personal data.
- Your background (both academic+professional)
- Questions included in your short essay.
The following documents are mandatory to submit while enrolling:
- CV or Resume (Completely updated)
- Recently authorized transcriptions (from equivalent institutions)
- Letter of Recommendation
(form provided by ESMT)
- GMAT/GRE or TOEFL/IELTS/PTE score reports to be submitted (only if necessary)
The assessment of your application will not begin until all of the above documents are completely submitted.
STEP:2
After the complete assessment of the application is done and if the board of admission approves your application successfully then you will receive an email with an invitation to your first interview with the professors.
STEP:3
Thereupon, the board of directors at ESMT Berlin MIM will invite you to an interview. The interview is always executed online via Skype or on-campus. During the interview, the administrators will evaluate your potential under pressure and will track your interpersonal communication skills plus ask you questions arising in your application (if any).
STEP:4
After the interview, the board of admission examines your application and your interview. Thereafter, comes to a decision. Following the decision of the board of admission, the board of scholarship comes to action and reviews your application to make a decision. Once the board of scholarship certifies your application and decides to provide you with a scholarship (if any), you will be informed via Email.
The students who pass all four steps receive the details about the next step of enrollment and are asked to pay the first instalment of the tuition fees to proceed further.
STEP:5
After the enrollment process is completed and you are successfully admitted to the ESMT Berlin MIM, you will receive an email with all the details of your student log-in to the portal. (Only after the payment of the first instalment)
Fees/Finance:
Tuition fees for all the students enrolling for the full-time MIM program at ESMT Berlin is €29,500. Fees are supposed to be paid in 3 instalments over 2 years and it includes all the expenses for tuition, study material, career sources, orientation, etc.
Besides, we recommend students to have a budget of at least €1000 for accommodation in Berlin. The charges of accommodation are not included in the tuition fees.
Scholarships:
The ESMT Berlin MIM provides scholarships to students who demonstrate their academic excellence and outstanding performance in the graduate programs. All you need to do is prove your leadership potential, communication skills, professional achievements, etc and convince the board scholarship.
The scholarships are provided to students with any background.
Regardless, we recommend that students coming from Science, Technology, Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Technology, Or Engineering should apply for a scholarship.
