Program Structure:
The Duke Master of Management program helps you explore new opportunities and take creative initiatives that you always dreamed of. You will have vital control over distinct operative areas of Business and Management. We equip you with the skills and attitudes needed to develop a career you love by providing personalized classes or experiences that help you take initiative and push your limits every day.
The program is divided into 5 terms over 10 months, with 15 courses in total. 6 courses each in accounting, economics, and finance. With two in analytic and critical thinking + two in communication and leadership. While 5 courses in marketing, strategy, and management.
Moreover, you get to pick multiple subjects over the 5 terms. Where every class will be conducted twice a week for approximately 2 hours and 15 minutes. For you to have an idea of the main structure, we’ve listed below a sample:

The Duke Master of Management program expects you to provide your best application, hence we have listed below all the requirements to make you familiar with it. In case you wish to pursue both of the Duke Master of Management programs, please remember:
- In a solo application year, you are allowed to apply for only one of the two listed programs.
- You’re not allowed to switch between the two while you’re a student.
Eligibility criteria:
- A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or equivalent from the start of the program is mandatory to submit.
- In case you already completed an MBA or an equivalent postgraduate course you are not eligible for the Duke Master of Management program.
- Moreover, you are supposed to contact our MMS admission counselor to get your eligibility checked in case you have work experience of more than 2-years in a post-graduate full-time program.

Step 1:
Research work:
We suggest you do complete research on the Duke Master of Management program and decide whether or not it is the right course for you. Assess your situations and ideas, plus consider the core of this program, take to family, friends, or guardians and visit our campus or attend an admission event if possible. Analyze the online application deadlines, decision release date + tuition deposit dates. Only then should you make your final decision.

You can apply for the Duke Master of Management program once you make sure you’ve assessed your application completely and that it delivers all the information about your skills, interests, goals, background, etc.
You can review your application anytime by logging into the students portal.
Step 3:
Interview rounds:
We do not conduct open interviews for MMS, candidates will be invited for an interview only after complete assessment and approval of their application via Gmail. Moreover, we only conduct interviews in an online video conference format.
Step 4:
Results:

- Transcripts: All transcripts stating the academic achievements that you’ve earned (or you will earn if your graduation is in the process). The transcripts must be from all the schools or universities that you’ve attended.
- Question/Answers + Essays: It is mandatory to answer the following three questions:
- Why do you choose to pursue a Master of Management degree at this phase of your professional life?
- What are your plans after completing MMS at the Duke Master of Management program?
- As we know, life is very unpredictable and circumstances may change at any time. So what would you do if MMS doesn’t work out for you? What is your plan B?
- Essays: 2 mandatory essays of about 350 words with one re-applicant essay.
- Resume/CV: A complete one-page resume stating your :
