Program Scheduling:
The program has two independent but incorporated tracks to provide maximum flexibility to the participants. Both the tracks share identical content and faculty, though the timing and structure of the core modules are distinct. Plus both the tracks will come together for their elective modules, opening modules as well as exit modules.
A regular day at the Ceibs Executive MBA program somewhat looks like this:

Once Discover your leadership style this acts as the core of your leadership development, which can be further supported by organizational behaviour modules, leadership electives, as well as comprehensive reflection sessions. Business Fundamentals: Ceibs Executive MBA

Local Electives:
The program offers you over 40 electives to choose from and customize your course content according to your business requirements and interests. The electives are available in a diversity of locations. On average, each participant can select 4 to 6 local electives which usually last for up to 4 days. You can choose the local electives from Shanghai, Zurich, Accra, Beijing, and Shenzhen. Plus the Chinese speakers are allowed to take a selection of local electives collectively from the Ceibs Executive MBA program.
Global Electives:
As stated above you’re provided with 8 global elective modules across 5 continents. It is compulsory for every participant to choose at least 2 global electives from the module to graduate. In addition to providing the experience of the global business environment, the participants may also be fortunate to be a part of the Global EMBA program of IESE Business School in Spain. This only happens in certain cases where the global electives of the Ceibs Executive MBA program are combined with those of IESE Business School Spain. This way you can further broaden your network worldwide by working with experienced executives across the board.
Application Requirements:
To apply for the Ceibs Executive MBA program the following documents are required:
- Undergraduate bachelor’s degree or above or an equivalent from a recognized institution.
- A minimum of 10 years of work experience professionally with at least 7 Years In managerial positions. (The board of admission welcomes you to contact in case you wish to get your work experience evaluated)
- Rigorous hold on written as well as spoken English. (You may provide the evidence by submitting your English proficiency test results only if your native language is not English or the University from which you’ve completed under graduation doesn’t have English as its primary language.
- It is compulsory to have an impressively committed organization that allows you to take at least two days off from work for you to attend your classes. (Financial sponsorship from the organization is not mandatory)
Fees and Finance:
The total payable tuition fees of the Ceibs Executive MBA program is USD 108,000. However, the application fees are RMB 2,000 which can be waived if you decide to take the executive assessment. The tuition fees include the following:
- Total tuition charges for the 20-month program.
- Expenses for textbooks and other teaching materials.
- Expenses of the school library, computer reserves, and other facilities delivered by the school.
- Expenses of Lunch/Coffee breaks throughout the modules.
- Accommodation taxes plus meal taxes during the entry and exit modules.
- Attendance at Ceibs Executive MBA program’s organized seminars and lecture series.
Payment Methods:
The global Ceibs Executive MBA program allows you to pay the complete fees in three instalments:
- The first instalment is 10% within the first three weeks to ensure your seat after your receipt of the admission notice.
- The second instalment is 50% due by August 31.
- Followed by the third instalment of 40% due by August 31 of the next year.
Please note Those who drop out of the Ceibs Executive MBA program, for whatever reasons may it be personal or professional (expulsion from the university for disciplinary reasons) are not compelled to have a refund of the fees after registration.
